Fitness versus GDPR

Law firm Osborne Clarke  has called on EU regulators to rethink the impact of the forthcoming European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on data generated by health trackers and other wearables, including the Apple Watch, Fitbit and Garmin fitness bands.
