Italy gets funding from the EU Horizon 2020 program for the project Vision on visual management of privacy.
the Project VisiOn (Visual Privacy Management in User Centric Open Environments), funded by the EU under the Horizon 2020 program with over 3.1 million Euros, is being coordinated by an Italian-Business.
VisiOn has been selected in the first round of calls of Horizon 2020 concerning the seventh social challenge, Secure societies. The project, whose completion is planned for 2017, involves 11 organizations from six countries: Bulgaria, Germany, Greece, Italy, UK and Spain.
The Italian partners are: Business-and Spa (coordinator), the Bambino Gesù Pediatric Hospital, the University of Trento and the Ministry of Economic Development.
The project supports the creation of a technology platform for visual management of privacy, to provide citizens with greater transparency and safety on the use of their personal data.
