Where can I find the text that will be approved? Is there an agreement on this text?

You can find one of the last versions here: https://blog.europrivacy.org/2015/12/09/gdpr-rescheduled-today-on-committee-of-permanent-representatives-of-european-council/ .Of course the final version will be available only after the final approval.

The official link is this:
http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=consil:ST_5455_2016_INIT

You can find translations in all languages.

I give another contribution helping to find a place in the mare magnum of EU documentation:

  1. this link http://eur-lex.europa.eu/procedure/EN/2012_11?qid=1462175789390&rid=1 follows the complete process
  2. at the buttom of the page you find the latest documents. At the date of 14/4/2016 you find a reference to a link named: PE 17 2016 INIT
  3. There you find the current translations of the latest (final) GDPR text in all languages. (updated April 27th)

(The Italian version has been changed to go back to the current terminology of Titolare and Responsabile).
