Which affinity is between BIA and PIA?

Both of them are impact assessments. On one side BIA studies operational inefficiencies due to information and communication systems faults or unavailability of them, on the other side PIA aims to identify the effects due to failure to meet the data protection requirements for the relevant operational processes.
