{"id":1869,"date":"2016-11-11T16:04:02","date_gmt":"2016-11-11T15:04:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.europrivacy.org\/?p=1869"},"modified":"2016-11-11T16:04:02","modified_gmt":"2016-11-11T15:04:02","slug":"wp29-and-the-role-of-dpo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.europrivacy.info\/it\/2016\/11\/11\/wp29-and-the-role-of-dpo\/","title":{"rendered":"WP29 e ruolo del DPO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Il gruppo FABLAB (istituito dal WP29) ha elaborato il documento riassuntivo che permetter\u00e0 di emettere best practice e linee guida in merito a: Ruolo del DPO, Data Portability, DPIA e criteri sulla Certificazione Privacy.<br \/>\nPer quanto riguarda il DPO, come forse avete gi\u00e0 avuto modo di leggere, sono fra coloro che sostengono la tesi che si tratti di una figura eminentemente di garanzia, q<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">uindi non operativa, distinta dal privacy officer. Trovo quindi interessante questa proposizione, relativa ai compiti del controller nei confronti del DPO: &#8220;<em>Authorize the DPO to be included and have a real involvement in all data protection activities<\/em>&#8220;. Allora: se stessimo parlando di una figura operativa, che implementa la privacy in azienda, un privacy officer o compliance manager, sarebbe necessario un mandato del top management per &#8220;coinvolgerlo nelle attivit\u00e0 privacy&#8221;? Ovviamente no.
