Il provvedimento segue la decisione della Corte di Giustizia dell&#8217;UE che, lo scorso 6 ottobre, aveva dichiarato invalida la decisione del 2000 della Commisione sul Safe Harbour UE-US.<\/p>\n<p>Sul testo provvisorio si era pronunciato il Working Party Data Protection articolo 29 <a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/justice\/data-protection\/article-29\/documentation\/opinion-recommendation\/files\/2016\/wp238_en.pdf\">adottando un parere<\/a> il 16 aprile 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Il Provvedimento che regola l&#8217;esportazione di dati personali verso gli US sar\u00e0 in vigore immediatamente.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il 12 luglio 2016 la Commissione ha adottato il nuovo EU-U.S. Privacy Shield.
